Yes! All coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
Sessions can be one time or recurring. Depending on your goals, we’ll decide what cadence works best for you.
Sessions last 30-60 minutes depending on the session type you choose. This allows time for conversation, reflection and action planning.
Absolutely. Everything shared during coaching is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.
While payment plans are not currently offered, I do try my best to keep costs as affordable as possible.
I ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged depending on your plan.
